I booked this for a girls weekend with my sisters to honor our mom who passed away 26 years ago. We wanted a relaxing stay and chose this hotel for its indoor pool, but it was closed! Nothing online indicated this. When I asked the desk staff, Nicole, she dismissed me and insisted it was on the website. The ice machine on our floor was out of order too. I had to go to the first floor and again, she had an attitude, but eventually, she got some ice for me. The window shades wouldn’t function. they were stuck in place, and the vault to store our belongings was frustratingly unresponsive. The next morning, breakfast was a letdown — the waffle machine was broken, and coffee was lukewarm. For $300, I expected much better. I enjoy nice views and tranquility, but the rooms really need maintenance and feature updates.

One simple answer, yes or no?
Customer service was outstanding, with staff remembering me upon check-in and check-out! The inviting atmosphere and cleanliness made the experience pleasant!
Significant noise from revelers in the hallway disrupted sleep. The lack of attention to detail, like not having clean towels, was disappointing.

I had a lovely time enjoying a cozy room with wonderful decor and a serene view of the nearby vineyard while sipping on fresh coffee every morning. The indoor pool was great for a refreshing dip, and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing with a book in hand. Just be mindful that towels could run low during busy times, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

The stay highlighted the incredible cleanliness of the room, complemented by professional and friendly staff who greeted us warmly at check-in. The proximity to the vineyard was appreciated, but the service issues overshadowed the positive aspects. there were significant delays in room cleaning, and I was left without tissues in my bathroom. Despite those setbacks, I enjoyed the sweet pastries available at breakfast, which provided a nice start to my day.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was marked by a well-maintained room equipped with clean linens and no signs of pests. The business facilities met my needs adequately, particularly the small fitness center which provided enough equipment to maintain my routine. Most importantly, the breakfast selection included freshly baked pastries and a variety of options that catered well to my needs as a busy traveler.
Some breakfast items were depleted early, indicating a need for better inventory management.
